According to Decision No.267 dated April 13, 2021, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company approved the signing of the office leasing agreement with Sonadezi Giang Dien Shareholding Company. The value of the agreement is less than 35% of total assets of SZC in the latest financial statements.
