The Board resolution dated April 07, 2021, the BOD of CMC Joint Stock Company approved to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing as follows:

- Record date: April 29, 2021

- Time of implementation: expected from May 06, 2021 to May 15, 2021

- Location: lot B10 – B11, Thuy Van Industrial zone, Thuy Van Commune, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province, Vietnam

- Content: approving the plan for the company’s share buyback.
