The Board resolution dated April 08, 2021, the BOD of Sunstar Investment Joint Stock Company (SJF) approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to withdraw a part of contributed capital in Viet Nga Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company. After the divestment completes, Viet Nga Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company will no longer be an associated company of Sunstar Investment Joint Stock Company.

2)      Approving the plan to contribute capital in BWG Bamboo Vietnam:

-          Location: Chieng Chau Industrial Cluster, Chieng Chau Commune, Mai Chau District, Hoa Binh.

-          Charter capital: VND 258 billion (SJF contributed 99%, equivalent to VND 255,420,000,000 charter capital of BWG Bamboo Vietnam)

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Tri Thien as the representative of contributed capital of Sunstar Investment Joint Stock Company in BWG Bamboo Vietnam.
