According to Board Resolution No.03/2021 dated February 26, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (short name: VINACONEX.,JSC) approved the adjustment of the capital investment plan at Northern Electricity Development and Investment Joint Stock Company 2 (short name: Nedi2) as follows:

-          Number of shares estimated to receive: 6,430,961 shares (12.86% of Nedi2)

-          Number of shares owned by VINACONEX: 25,546,575 shares (51.1% of Nedi2)

-          Trading time: in Quarter II of 2021.

This resolution replace Board Resolution No.02/2021 dated February 18, 2021.
