According to Board Resolution No.04/2021 dated February 26, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (short name: VINACONEX.,JSC) approved the adjustment of the capital investment plan at Construction Joint Stock Company No. 25 (short name: Vinaconex 25) as follows:

-          Number of shares estimated to receive: 1,839,300 shares (15.33% of Vinaconex 25)

-          Number of shares owned by VINACONEX: 7,959,300 shares (66.33% of Vinaconex 25)

-          Trading time: in Quarter II of 2021.

This resolution replace Board Resolution No.01/2021 dated February 18, 2021.
