On March 22, 2021, Vietnam Construction and Import - Export Joint Stock Company (Vinaconex) issued a decision to approve the plan to withdraw the investment capital of Vinaconex Corporation at Vinaconex Trade Development Joint Stock Company (VCTD) with the transfer volume of 11,000,000 shares, equivalent to 55% charter capital of VCTD.
