The Board resolution dated March 24, 2021, the BOD of Urban Development and Construction Corporation approved the following issues:

1) Approving the business plan in 2021 – 2022 of UDEC Tourism Company Limited.

2) Approving Urban Development and Construction Corporation asked a loan from Agribank – Ba Ria Vung Tau branch for UDEC Tourism Company Limited with total amount of VND 10 billion to supplement working capital for activities: hotel, restaurant, tourism and entertainment. Urban Development and Construction Corporation agreed to use its assets that are accepted by Agribank as the collateral for its credit obligation at Agribank.
