On March 11, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.131/QD-SGDHCM to change the stock of Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company (stock code: VIS) from the supervision status to the warning status as from March 15, 2021.

Reason: The Company’s profit after tax in 2020 was 29.98 billion dongs and its undistributed profit after tax until December 31, 2020 was -514.98 billion dongs.
