2)      Distributed volume: 60,240,466 shares

3)      Unsold shares: 7,762,414 shares.

Article 2: Approving the distribution of unsold shares: 

1)      Number of shares to continue to be distributed: 7,762,414 shares

2)      Selling price: VND10,000/share

3)      Payment date: from March 13, 2021 to March 15, 2021.

4)      These shares will be restricted in 01 years from the finish date of the offering.
