According to the Board resolution dated January 25, 2021, the Board of Directors of Thanh Cong Securities Company unanimously approved the result of public offering as follows:

-          Number of shares registered to be issued: 14,400,000 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 13,500,000 shares (93.8% of the number of shares registered to be issued)

-          Total proceeds from the offering: VND135,000,000,000.
