Based on the Board resolution on the establishment of credit limit at KB Kookmin Bank – Hong Kong Branch, MB Securities Joint Stock Company (MBS) disbursed a loan as follows:

- Disbursement date: January 27, 2021

- Disbursement amount: USD10,000,000

- Purpose: to raise the working capital

- Loan term: 351 days from the disbursement date.
