The Board resolution dated December 07, 2021, the BOD of Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the record date to issue shares for capital increase from the owner equity with details as follows:

- Record date: December 21, 2021

- Exercise ratio: 35% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 35 new shares)

- Expected issuance volume: 410,085,102 shares.
