The Board resolution dated November 07, 2021, the BOD of OPC Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to establish the Audit Committee and Risk Management under the Board of Directors with the following members:

-          Han Thi Khanh Vinh:                   Head of Audit Committee and Risk Management

-    Nguyen Hai Duong:                      member.

2)      Approving to establish the Internal Audit under the Board of Directors and the appointment of Mr. Tran Anh Tuan as Person in charge of Internal Audit.
