DXG: BOD resolution on transferring shares

The Board resolution dated December 24, 2021, the BOD of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved to transfer of shares in subsidiaries with details as follows:

- Transferee: Hoi An Invest Joint Stock Company

- Transferor:

Northern Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (DXI): 5,174,927 shares, equivalent to 99.990% charter capital of DXI.
Vicco Sai Gon Joint Stock Company (VICCO): 2,646,253 shares, equivalent to 99.998% charter capital of VICCO.
Saigon Riverview Joint Stock Company (SGRV): 18,315,366 shares, equivalent to 52% charter capital of SGRV.
