The Board resolution dated December 20, 2021, the BOD of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the agreements with Dai Duong Vung Tau Entertainment Construction Investment Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, HODECO will be a project management consultant and supervision consultant unit at the Dai Duong Tourist base project, ward 11, Vung Tau city.

2)      Approving the policy of transaction with HODECO Concrete and Construction JSC:

-          Content: to transfer 01 product in Hai Dang Residential Area (The Light city) – Phase 1.

-          Purpose: to build Headquarter, working office.
