The Board resolution dated November 30, 2021, the BOD of Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company approved to increase capital in PTM Automobile Service, Trading and Manufacturing JSC with the following details:

- Additional purchase volume: 165,375 shares

- Purchase price: VND11,689/share

- Total amount: VND1,933,068,375

After the purchase completes, Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company will own 98.32% shares in PTM Automobile Service, Trading and Manufacturing JSC.
