On December 15, the Board of Directors of Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: PTL) approved the following issues:

1)      To add the following contents to the 2021 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Strategy and development model of the Company;

-          Change of the brand identity;

-          Plan for raising the Company’s capitalization value to VND10,000 billion.

2)      To cancel the content of “delisting plan”.

3)      The two members of the Board of Directors, who are appointed to be the representatives of Petro Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation at PTL, will resign from the Board of Directors from December 15, 2021.
