According to the resolution of general meeting of shareholders of Innovative Technology Development Corporation dated December 14, 2021 in the form of obtaining shareholders’ written opinions, the plan for the 2020 dividend payment was approved as follows:

−        Stock name: Stock of Innovative Technology Development Corporation

−        Stock symbol: ITD

−        Stock type: common stock

−        Par value: VND10,000/share

−        Charter capital: VND190,647,980,000

−        Outstanding volume: 18,992,610 shares

−        Estimated issue volume: 2,279,113 shares

−        Total issue value: VND22,791,130,000

−        Exercise ratio: 12% or 25:3 (those who own 25 shares will receive 03 new shares) 

−        Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit

−        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 1023578 shares. Shareholder A will receive: 3,578 x 12% = 429.4 shares. After rounded down, the real number of shares shareholder A receives will be 429 shares. The fractional part (0.4) will be cancelled.

−        Issue date: in Quarter IV of 2021 or Quarter I of 2022.
