On December 10, 2021, the Board of Directors of Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank approved to fulfill procedures to submit to the State Securities Commission to allow the Bank to raise its charter capital by fund raising programs in specific order:
- Implementing the employee stock ownership plan;
- Other next plans will be submitted including (i) a private placement to foreign investors; (ii) a share issue to the existing shareholders.
