On December 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) approved the following projects:

1)      The Board of Directors approved to cooperate with Sai Gon - Hai Phong Industrial Park Corporation in Trang Due Industrial Park Project (extension phase). Accordingly, KBC will contribute about VND1,000 billion into the project.

2)      The Board of Directors approved to contribute VND110 billion to increase its stake at Sai Gon - Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Corporation from VND10 billion to VND120 billion, accounting for 10% of Sai Gon - Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Corporation. The capital contribution will be made in December 2021.
