-          Approving the appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh as Chairman of the BOD as from December 10, 2021.

-          Approving the appointment of Mr. Vu Hoang Viet as Deputy Chairman of the BOD as from December 10, 2021.

-          Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Sy as Head of the Supervisory Board as from December 10, 2021.
