Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate JSC announces Board Resolution No.34/2021 dated December 08, 2021. Accordingly, the Board of Directors approved to receive the transfer of shares at Truong Thanh Energy JSC as follows:

-          Estimated buying volume:

• 1,837,500 shares from 108 Truong Thanh Construction Investment JSC;
• 4,500,000 shares from Truong Thanh Island Tourism JSC.

-          Buying price: no more than VND15,500/share

-          Trading time: from Quarter IV/2021 to the end of Quarter I/2022

-          Owning volume after trading: 40,561,526 shares (90.13% of Truong Thanh Energy JSC).
