The Board of Directors approved to allow Cat Ba Sun Limited Company to extend the loan principal for the contract dated February 13, 2021 under the attached debt agreement:

-          Loan limit: VND126,300,000,000

-          Loan interest: 9.5%/year

-          Grace period: 03 months:

• Debt agreement dated February 14, 2020:

Total loan limit: VND38,700,000,000, extended from November 14, 2021;

• Debt agreement dated February 19, 2020:

Total loan limit: VND87,600,000,000 , extended from November 19, 2021.
