The Board resolution dated November 23, 2021, the BOD of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the record date to pay third cash dividend for 2020:

-          Record date: December 10, 2021

-          Payment date: January 11, 2022

-          Exercise ratio: 6%/share (600 dongs/share)

2)      Approving the documents to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing in 2021.

3)      Approving to promulgate its information disclosure, effective from November 23, 2021.
