The Board resolution dated November 22, 2021, the BOD of Khai Hoan Land Real Estate JSC approved to borrow capital in SHBank – Dong Do branch for the following purposes:

1)      To guarantee the implementation of agreements obligations with the amount of VND49,005,000,000.

2)      To invest to buy projects with the amount of VND224,000,000,000.

3)      To guarantee the payment obligations to T & T Land Company Limited according to the contract terms with a maximum amount of VND80,500,000,000.
