On November 19, 2021, Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders with the following contents:

1)      Approving the charter of VIB.

2)      Approving the Internal Regulation on Corporate Governance.

3)      Approving the Regulation on the BOD activities.

4)      Approving the Regulation on the Supervisory Board activities.

5)      Approving the plan to issue 46,594,290 shares (equivalent to 3% charter capital) according to the Resolution of General meeting dated March 24, 2021.
