According to Board Resolution No.76 dated November 18, 2021, the Board of Directors of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) decided to cooperate to receive the transfer of shares of Y Ngoc Binh Thuan Resort and Real Estate Joint Stock Company.

- Transfer ratio received by HODECO: 60%

Y Ngoc Binh Thuan Resort and Real Estate Joint Stock Company is the firm owning 100% land-use right of Bien Da Vang Tourist Service Project in Ke Ga, Tan Thanh, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province.
