The Board resolution dated November 15, 2021, the BOD of Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company (KPF) approved to transfer a part of contributed capital in Cam Lam Investment Company Limited. Details are as follows:

-          Total value of contributed capital before the transfer: VND91,875,000,000

-          Transferred value: VND73,500,000,000, equivalent to 49% of charter capital of Cam Lam Investment Company Limited; Of which:

+ To transfer the contributed capital of VND45,000,000,000, equivalent to 30% of charter capital of Cam Lam to Mrs. Le Nguyen Lan Vy. The transfer price of the above-mentioned contributed capital is VND 56,250,000,000.

+ To transfer the contributed capital of VND28,500,000,000, equivalent to 19% of charter capital of Cam Lam to Mr. Tran Trong Dung. The transfer price of the above-mentioned contributed capital is VND35,625,000,000.

-          After the transfer completes, the remaining contributed capital of KPF is VND66,000,000,000, equivalent to 44% of charter capital of Cam Lam. Accordingly, Cam Lam Investment Company Limited is no longer a subsidiary of KPF.
