Phuc Hung Holdings Construction JSC has won new projects as follows:

1)      Investment project:

The People’s Committee of Nghe An Province approved the joint venture between Truong Son Construction Investment JSC and Phuc Hung Holdings Construction JSC to be the investor of Bac Nghi Kim Urban Area and Nghi Kim Housing Projects in Vinh City, Nghe An Province. The project has the total investment of VND1,250 billion and the operation period of 50 years.

2)      Construction project:

Phuc Hung – Tan Hoi – PIDI Joint Venture has been accepted to be the contractor for Package No.12 of Southern Guest House Project in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, with the winning bid price of VND197 billion.
