1)      Approving the holding of the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021:

-          Record date: November 30, 2021

-          Meeting date: expected in December 28, 2021

-          Content:

• The resignation and the additional election of member of BOD;
• Change of address of the company’s head office.
• The supplement of the company’s business lines;
• Change of the company’s charter;
• Change of investment portfolio, the supplement of working capital for the company’s business activities
• Other issues.

2)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Thanh Tuan as Deputy Chief Executive Officer from November 10, 2021.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Do Thi Hang as Deputy Chief Executive Officer from November 10, 2021.
