Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mrs. Ho Thi Thu Hien as Chairman of the BOD.

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Phuc Vinh as Right CEO.

- Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Phuc Vinh as Chairman of the BOD in the term 2019 - 2024.

- Approving the appointment of Mr. Vu Duc Manh as CEO as from November 11, 2021.
