−        Stock name: Stock of Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company

−        Stock type: common stock

−        Par value: VND10,000/share

−        Estimated issue volume: 7,928,593 shares

−        Exercise ratio: 10%% (those who own 100 shares will receive 10 new shares) 

−        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 585 shares. Shareholder A will receive: 585 x 10% = 58.5 shares. After rounded down, the real number of shares shareholder A receives will be 58 shares. The fractional part (0.5) will be cancelled.

−        Place of payment:

ü  Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

ü  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company  (18 Nguyen Binh Khiem, Dakao, District 1, HCMC).
