On November 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company issued Board Resolution No.394/2021 as follows:

1)      Approving to sign a contract between Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company and PNJ Laboratory Company Limited about sharing facilities and premises.

2)      Approving to amend the Charter of PNJ Laboratory Company Limited.

3)      Approving to relocate the head office of PNJ Laboratory Company Limited to 302 – 304 Phan Xich Long, Ward 7, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC.

4)      Approving to appoint Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan as Head of the Internal Audit Board for a term of 03 years, effective from November 10, 2021.
