According to Announcement No.1855/TB-SGDHCM and Decision No.595/QD-SGDHCM dated October 27, 2021 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, the stock HVN of Vietnam Airlines JSC will be changed from the warning status to the supervision status as from November 03, 2021.

Reason: The after-tax profit of parent company in the first six months of 2021 was -8,458 billion and the undistributed after-tax profit at June 30, 2021 was -17,808 billion more than the paid-in charter capital.

HVN shares will be traded only in the afternoon session as from November 03, 2021.
