On October 27, 2021, the Board of Directors of Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company approved the loans from Mega ICBC and SinoPac as follows:

1)      Approving a credit limit loan at Mega ICBC – Hochiminh Branch: USD7,000,000;

-          Approving a credit limit loan at Mega ICBC – OBU Branch: USD3,500,000;

-          The total limit of the two loans will not more than USD7,000,000.

2)      Approving a short-term credit limit loan at SinoPac – Hochiminh Branch: USD6,000,000.
