Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM), which was convened on October 21, 2021, as follows:

Article 1: Approving to change of company name:

-          The new name company: Saigon Real Estate  Corporation Joint Stock Company

-          The new short name company: Saigonres Group.

Article 2: Amending the Articles of Association.
