HDB: Increasing charter capital

The Board resolution dated October 19, 2021, the BOD of Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank approved the following issues:

To increase its charter capital from VND20,072,906,420,000 to VND20,272,906,420,000 due to the stock issuance under ESOP.
To amend its charter with new charter capital.
