The Board resolution dated October 12, 2021, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the use of capital from the public offering:

-          Total proceeds from the offering: VND6,780,970,000

-          Purpose: to supplement working capital for the company’s business activities.

2)      Approving to receive the transfer of shares in Truong Thanh Energy Joint Stock Company:

-       Transfer receiving volume: 28,717,359 shares; accounting for 63.82% of charter capital of Truong Thanh Energy Joint Stock Company.

-       Total value (estimated): VND315,890,950,000

-       Purchase price (estimated): VND11,000/share

-       Transfer receiving time: expected in Quarter IV/2021.

After the purchase completes, Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company will own 34,224.026 shares, accounting for 76.05% of charter capital of Truong Thanh Energy Joint Stock Company.
