On October 14, 2021, Petro Viet Nam Low Pressure GAS Distribution Joint Stock Company (PV Gas D ) announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the plan to buy shares of Tokyo Gas Asia Pte. Ltd, leading to owning 25% of voting shares in PV Gas D with details as follows:

a)      Information about registered shareholders:

-          Name of shareholder: Tokyo Gas Asia Pte. Ltd

-          Stock volume before the purchase: 22,479,757 shares, equivalent to 24.978% of number of outstanding shares

-          Estimated quantity to buy: 20,000 shares, equivalent to 0.022% of number of outstanding shares

b)      Trading method: put through

c)      Transferor: Vietcombank Securities Company Ltd (VCBS)

d)     Trading period: after being approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders

e)      Total number of shares expected to own of Tokyo Gas Asia Pte. Ltd at PV Gas D after making the transaction: 22,499,757 shares, equivalent to 25% of number of outstanding shares.
