On October 05, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company approved to sign the capital contribution agreements with internal and related persons as follows:
- To cooperate with Mr. Pham Xuan Bach, Board Chairman, to contribute capital in Sonadezi Huu Phuoc Industrial Park Project. The value of each agreement will be less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
- To cooperate with Mr. Tran Trung Chien, Board Member, to contribute capital in Sonadezi Huu Phuoc Industrial Park Project. The value of each agreement will be less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
- To cooperate with Mr. Pham Anh Tuan (Board Member and the related person of Sonadezi Long Thanh JSC) and Ms. Pham Thi Anh Thi (sister of Mr. Pham Anh Tuan) to contribute capital in Sonadezi Huu Phuoc Industrial Park Project. The value of each agreement will be less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
- To cooperate with Ms. Do Tran Chan Nhi (the person related to Board Member Dinh Ngoc Thuan) to contribute capital in Sonadezi Huu Phuoc Industrial Park Project. The value of each agreement will be less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
- To cooperate with Mr. Nguyen Van Luong, Board Member, to contribute capital in Sonadezi Huu Phuoc Industrial Park Project. The value of each agreement will be less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
- To cooperate with Mr. Tran Hao Hiep, Board Member, to contribute capital in Sonadezi Huu Phuoc Industrial Park Project. The value of each agreement will be less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
- To sign the capital contribution agreements with 06 other related persons to invest in Sonadezi Huu Phuoc Industrial Park Project. The value of each agreement will be less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
