The Board resolution dated October 11, 2021, the Board of Directors of APG Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the offering price of VND10,000 dongs/share to existing shareholders in the stock offering plan to raise charter capital in 2021 that approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021 dated October 06, 2021.

2)      Approving to implement the stock offering plan to raise charter capital in 2021.

3)      Approving the dossier of registration for stock offering to existing shareholders.
