-          Stock name: Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Issuance volume: 2,898,446 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND28,984,460,000

-          Issuance form: to issue shares for dividend payment

-          Exercise ratio: 5% (20:1) (Those who own 20 will receive 01 new share.)\

-          Transfer restriction: none

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down into 01 share, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date to pay stock dividend, shareholder A owns 315 shares. With 20:1 performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 315 5% = 15.75 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 15 new shares and fractional shares of 0.75 will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in Quarter IV/2021, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
