On October 11, 2021, Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company has won new construction packages worth VND2,002 billion with details as follows:

1)      Package: Heritage West Lake Project

-          Investor: Capitaland – Hien Duc Joint Stock Company

-          Location: Phu Thuong Ward, Tay Ho District, Ha Noi

-          Value contract: VND1,800 billion.

2)      Package:  low-rise housing construction – Planning C14 in Phuc Dong ward, Long Bien district, Ha Noi

-          Investor: Song Loc Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company

-          Location: lot TT3 belongs to planning plot C14 in Phuc Dong ward, Long Bien district, Ha Noi

-          Contract value: VND202 billion.
