The Board resolution dated December 30, 2020, the BOD of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (OGC) approved the policy of transaction between OGC and related parties as follows:

1)      Approving the contents related to the transaction between OGC and Viptour Togi Joint Stock Company (Viptour Togi) and Ocean Tourism Hotel Joint Stock Company (OCH):

-          To pay debts for Viptour Togi and OCH with the principal amount of VND 34,727,733,073 and the cost of capital use up to 10%/year.

2)      Approving the transaction between OGC and OCH.

3)      Approving the transaction between OGC and Ocean Thang Long Investment Joint Stock Company.

4)      Approving the transaction between OGC and Ocean Natural Resources Development Joint Stock Company.

5)      Approving the transaction between OGC and INFO Commodities Exchange Joint Stock Company.

6)      Approving the transaction between OGC and TKD Real Estate Company Limited.

7)      Approving the transaction between OGC and Tan Viet Joint Stock Company.

8)      Approving the transaction between OGC and Givral Bakery Joint Stock Company.

9)      Approving the transaction between OGC and Viptour Togi Joint Stock Company.

10)  Approving the transaction between OGC and Ocean Media Joint Stock Company.

11)  Approving the transaction between OGC and Evening Star Nha Trang Company Limited.

12)  Approving the transaction between OGC and Trang Tien Ice cream Joint Stock Company.

13)  Approving the transaction between OGC and other related parties.

14)  Approving the report on implementing the transfer of 20 million shares OCH approved by the Board Resolution dated September 11, 22020.
