The Board resolution dated January 20, 2021, the BOD of HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company approved the termination of operation of the following branches:

1)      Approving to terminate the operation of Lam Dong branch at No.25A, group 10, Phi Nom Hamlet, Hiep Thach Commune, Duc Trong District, Lam Dong Province, Vietnam.

2)      Approving to terminate the operation of Dak Lak branch at No.05 Nguyen Hong Street, Tan Loi Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province, Vietnam.

3)      Approving to terminate the operation of Thanh Hoa branch at 78 Le Thi Hoa Street, Lam Son Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Vietnam.
