The Board resolution dated January 20, 2021, the BOD of BenTre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to change its charter with new charter capital and adjust the Business Registration Certificate at the Department of Planning and Investment of Ben Tre Province.

2)      Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for new shares.
