The Board resolution dated January 19, 2021, the BOD of Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company approved the record date to pay first cash dividend for 2020 and hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

1)      Approving to pay first cash dividend for 2020:

-          Exercise ratio: 10%/share (1,000 dongs/share)

-          Record date: February 09, 2021

-          Payment date: February 26, 2021.

2)      Approving to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Record date: February 09, 2021

-          Meeting date: March 26, 2021

-          Meeting venue: Group 1, Thac Ba Town, Yen Binh District, Yen Bai Province.
