The Board resolution dared January 15, 2021, the BOD of Truong Thanh Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Huy Duc as Chairman of BOD of the Company from January 15, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Huy Thieu as Deputy Chairman of BOD cum Chairman of BOD of the Company from January 15, 2021.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Huy Thieu as Legal Representative to replace Mr. Trn Huy Duc from January 15, 2021.
