The Board resolution dated January 18, 2021, the BOD of Century Land Joint Stock Company the following issues:

1)      Approving the registration to raise its charter capital:

-          Charter capital before the issuance: VND 800,000,000,000

-          Additional charter capital: VND 159,999,080,000

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND 959,999,080,000

-          Stock volume after increasing capital: 95,999,908 shares

2)      Approving to amend its charter with new charter capital.
