On January 18, 2021, Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company announces the selling of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury stock before trading: 3,000,000 shares

- Number of registered shares to sell: 3,000,000 shares

- Purpose: to increase the number of outstanding shares.

- Expected trading period: from January 28, 2021 to February 26, 2021.

- Trading method: order matching or put through.
